Sterling Investment, Mixta list N38.18bn bonds on NSE
Sterling Investment SPV Plc and Mixta Real Estate Plc have listed bonds totalling N38.18bn on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
The NSE, in a statement on Wednesday, said Sterling Investment’s unsecured bonds were issued under the N65bn debt issuance programme, while Mixta Real Estate’s bonds were issued under the N30bn medium-term note programme.
It stated that Sterling Investment listed N32.899bn Series II unsecured bonds at 16.25 per cent fixed rate on Monday, adding that the seven-year bond would be due in 2025.
The statement said, “Dealing members are hereby notified that Sterling Investment SPV Plc’s N32.899bn seven-year unsecured bonds were issued under the N65bn debt issuance programme on January 14, 2019, and listed on the Exchange.”
On the other hand, Mixta Real Estate listed a total of N5.281bn bonds on the NSE.
The bonds were divided into N2.961bn guaranteed bonds and N2.32bn secured bonds.
The statement described the N2.961bn bonds as tranche A senior guaranteed fixed rate bonds.
It added that the series II bonds were issued at 16.50 per cent fixed rate and would be due in 2023.
It said the N2.32bn tranche B senior secured fixed rate bonds were issued at 17.75 per cent and would be due in 2023.
Mixta Real Estate’s bonds were listed on the Exchange on Wednesday.
