Trading activities on the Nigerian equity market on Wednesday sustain previous negative sentiment, as downtrend persists to eight consecutive trading days, following a 1.19% decline in the market performance indicators. Consequently, the market breadth closed negatively, recording 18 gainers against 21 losers.

In summary, the All-Share Index (ASI) decreased by 338.51 absolute points, representing a dip of 1.19% to close at 28,093.76 points, Similarly, the overall Market Capitalization size lost N174.37 billion, representing a decline of 1.19% to close at N14.47 trillion.
