MTNN, NB and Others Dip Equity Market by 0.14%

Trading activities on the Nigerian equity market closed today (Friday) on a negative trajectory, bringing the three consecutive gaining streaks to an end. The bearish sentiment was a result of the investors’ profit-taking in recently appreciated bellwether stocks like MTNN, NB, GUARANTY, and 13 others. Consequently, the market indicators (NGX-ASI and market capitalization) declined by 0.14%. However, the market breadth closed positively recording 25 gainers against 16 losers.
