Transaction activities on the equity market today halts two days negative sentiment, to close in the green amidst bargain hunting on bellwethers stocks. Today’s gain was majorly driven by price appreciation on FBNH, DANGCEM, MTNN, and 20 others. Consequently, the market breadth closed positive, recording 23 gainers as against 16 losers.

In summary, the All-Share Index (ASI) increased by 289.63 absolute points, representing a growth of 1.00% to close at 29,352.13 points. Similarly, the overall Market Capitalization size increased by N149.41 billion, representing an increase of 1.00% to close at N15.14 trillion.
