The Nigeria bourse on Friday completed the bullish week with 0.07% gain, extending the positive performance to 10 consecutive trading days, as OKOMUOIL, BUACEMENT and 9 other stocks appreciated in price. Conversely, the market breadth closed negative, recording 11 gainers as against 26 losers.

In summary, the All-Share Index (ASI) increased by 19.82 absolute points, representing a growth of 0.07% to close at 29,415.39 points. Similarly, the overall Market Capitalization size gained N10.22 billion, representing an increase of 0.07% to close at N15.17 trillion.
OKOMUOIL emerged as the top gainer, while UNIONDAC emerged as top loser.

Overnight(O/N) rate closed at 10.71%, representing 6.29% appreciation against yesterday’s position, while Open Buy-Back (OBB) rate closed at 9.71%, representing 6.00% appreciation against yesterday’s position.

The NASD OTC market on Friday, closed on a positive note, as the Unlisted Securities Index (USI) gained 0.61% to close at 702.28 and Market Capitalization gained N3.05 billion to close at N504.54 billion as against yesterday’s position. However, the aggregate volume and value of trades declined by 26.36% and 42.04% respectively, as investors traded only a total of 10,170 units of shares valued at N1.27 million in 4 deals.
